As a child I remember so many songs/videos from the ’80s. One of my absolute favourite bands from this time that were played on MTV a fair bit were a band called Whitesnake. Formed by David Coverdale who had found fame with Deep Purple, the band quickly turned into a massive success. Plenty of hits followed, among them this one which was slightly altered from its previous incarnation on an earlier album. The album this version appeared on (1987) was released in April, 1987.
Although on the video for this track features Tommy Aldridge (ex- Ozzy Osbourne drummer) on drums, the drums were recorded for the album by Denny Carmassi who had previously played for Montrose, Heart, & Cinderella amongst others.
